Appointments can be made by phone on 02202 2711800 or online through Doctolib – both routes lead to the same calendar.
The phone stays equal. You do not need an online account to get an appointment with us.

Acute consultation
An acute consultation slot is available throughout our opening hours. There is no lunchtime closure.
Children and young people
We treat children from the age of eight.
What is 116117?
The number for the ärztlicher Bereitschaftsdienst – Germany's out-of-hours medical service. When practices are closed but the problem cannot wait until morning, you call 116117 instead of going to an emergency department. It is free and works nationwide.
Gesetzlich or privat?
Germany has statutory health insurance (gesetzliche Krankenversicherung, GKV) and private health insurance (private Krankenversicherung, PKV). Which one you have affects how your treatment is billed. We treat patients with statutory insurance, private insurance and self-payers.

The multi-storey car park is reached via “An der Jüch”. A lift takes you directly opposite the main entrance.

The practice is on the ground floor. From the main entrance head towards the emergency department, then follow the signs.
